Arnold Shoulder Press to Shoulder Shrugs
Patrick performs a Super Set then a Tri Set. In the Super Set he performs an Arnold Shoulder Press to Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs. In the Tri Set he addes Lateral Dumbbell Shoulder Raises to cap off the circuit.
